What is water air conditioning?
  • The juxtapositions of the two elements “water” and “air” in a cooling system might make one wonder exactly how such a system works.
  • It’s important to note that a water-cooled evaporative air conditioner is not the same as an evaporative cooler, also known as a swamp cooler Water-cooled evaporative air conditioner technology uses water to cool the air conditioning unit, reducing the system’s overall power use.
  • Split system air conditioners (chillers) employed in many commercial buildings use water evaporative air conditioning technology.
  • Water removes heat from the refrigerant and also reduces the work of the compressor, decreasing the power draw of the unit.
How Does It Work?
  • A water-cooled air conditioning unit includes several low-pressure water nozzles.
  • These nozzles mist water over the condenser coils to cool them down.
  • A fan on top of the unit forces the heat absorbed through the evaporation process out of the unit.
  • Installation resembles installation of a standard air-cooled condenser; however, the installer must connect a copper water line to an outside water source, such as a faucet, as well as running a water flush line out to drain.
  • A condensate recovery drain from the evaporator coil to the condenser can reduce water consumption by up to 50 percent, making the air conditioner an even more environmentally-friendly choice.

When Is Water Air Conditioning Best?
  • It used to be that only commercial applications could benefit from water air conditioners.
  • With the introduction of residential models, however, homeowners can experience substantial cost savings and added energy efficiency over air-cooled central AC units.
Services Planning
  • The main objective of Services Planning is to ensure that the quantity of production is enough to fulfill expected market demand or sale forecast over the scheduled period.
  • For this ship painting business, we use chase strategy.
  • Chase strategy is used for service business like our business.
  • This strategy will give optimum return to ours business.
  • The production schedule is a project plan of how the production budget will be spent over a given timescale, for every phase of water air conditioning installation.
  • In our business, Services Planning below is scale in time period 6 month from Starting Operation.

Manpower Wages

A general worker work 8 hours in a day. His salary in one day is RM 30.00 In one month, the operations schedule only operates in 24 days. So the total salary in one month for one worker is RM 30.00 multiply 24 days same with RM 720.00 in one month. In this operations department, our company has 5 workers have a skills in air conditioning. So the man power wages in one month is RM 3600 (not include overtime allowance, EPF contribution and SOCSO allowance).
